Aimee Kilgore

Aimee Kilgore (she/her) is a freelance dancer, teacher, and choreographer currently based in Houston, TX. She grew up in the Houston area training under Sharon Teague and Lauren Anderson and supplemented her classical ballet training at HSPVA, where she graduated as a dance major.  She graduated summa cum laude from the Alonzo King LINES Ballet BFA Program in 2021 where she worked with an array of world-renowned choreographers and was introduced to the GYROTONIC®️ and GYROKINESIS®️ expansion systems which broadened and influenced her movement language in a multitude of ways. In the summer of 2018, she traveled to Tel Aviv to train under Ohad Naharin at Batsheva Dance Company to deepen her knowledge of Gaga. Throughout college, Aimee had the opportunity to perform around the Bay Area in residencies and as a freelance dancer. Her choreographic work has been presented at The MATCH in Houston and screened virtually through LINES. She is elated to be working with the students at Coomer Ballet Conservatory.
