30 days' notice is required when dropping classes and tuition remains payable through the end of the notice period. If you inform the studio of your intention to drop classes mid-month, you are still required to pay through the end of the 30 days.
If you are dropping classes for multiple children, please submit a separate form for each child.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
